Website Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use the Sitevia website.
1. About us
This website is run by Owen, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as Sitevia ("we", "us"). You can contact us at owen@sitevia.io.
2. Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must not misuse it, for example by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access or using automated tools to send spam through our forms.
3. Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that it's complete or current.
Prices shown are starting prices, and package descriptions are a guide. The price, deliverables and timescales for your project are confirmed in a written quote, and no contract exists until we have both agreed to it in writing.
The website designs shown in our "Concept designs" section and video are original concepts for fictional businesses. They are not client projects.
We don't guarantee any particular search engine ranking, level of traffic or business result from our services.
4. Intellectual property
The Sitevia name, logo, website design and content belong to us. You're welcome to view and print pages for your own reference, but please don't copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Links to other websites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
6. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies whenever you use the website.
